01

Inspect

We arrive, set the ladders and walk the roof. Every problem gets photographed before work starts.

02

Tear off

The old roofing comes off row by row and goes straight into the truck, not onto your lawn.

03

Dry in

Bad decking is replaced, then underlayment and ice shield close the roof against the weather.

04

Install

New roofing goes on course by course, nailed to spec and lined up from eave to ridge.

05

Clean up

Ridge cap on, magnets over the yard, debris hauled away. The house looks better than we found it.

How it works

Four steps to a new roof

Free inspection

We come out, get on the roof and look at everything. You get honest findings, not a hard sell.

Quote & materials

A written scope and price, and you pick the material and color with samples in hand.

Installation

Our crew protects your property, tears off, repairs the deck and installs the new roof system.

Final walk-through

We clean up, check every detail and walk the finished roof with you before we call it done.

Why act early

Small leaks cause big damage

01

Mold

Moisture in the attic and walls grows mold that costs a lot to remove.

02

Pests

Damp wood invites carpenter ants, termites and rodents.

03

Rot

Decking and rafters weaken long before a ceiling stain shows up.

04

Interior

Wet insulation stops working and ceilings sag. Fix the roof, save the inside.
